30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • The item must be in the same condition as received

Used products or items damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at support@fivet.store with photos or videos of the issue.
We will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at support@fivet.store with your order details and reason for return

  • Attach photos or videos if applicable

Once your return is approved, we will provide a return authorization and the address of the nearest warehouse.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

  • We are not responsible for lost or missing return packages

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • A refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed


Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted if:

  • The item is not in its original condition

  • The item is damaged or missing parts not due to our error

  • The return is requested after 30 days


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used items

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card provider

  3. Contact your bank (processing times may vary)

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
