We will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:
Email us at support@fivet.store with your order details and reason for return
Attach photos or videos if applicable
Once your return is approved, we will provide a return authorization and the address of the nearest warehouse.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
We recommend using a trackable shipping service
We are not responsible for lost or missing return packages
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
A refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
The refund will be issued to your original payment method
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted if:
The item is not in its original condition
The item is damaged or missing parts not due to our error
The return is requested after 30 days
